Vocal Intro
Welcome back:)
And thanks for joining  us for part two with Anna Robb-a powerhouse producer and stage manager whose work spans multi-million dollar productions and immersive theatre experiences around the globe. From overseeing massive creative teams to navigating high-stakes moments behind the curtain, she knows exactly what it takes to get a show over the finish line — and somehow, she does it all while raising two children
In this conversation, Anna shares how the discipline of stage management taught her the value of prioritizing — and how that mindset became essential to her parenting too. She opens up about scheduling “me time” like any other production meeting, color-coding her calendar, and stage-managing her own life with intention,
Forgiveness and flexibility
We talk about how motherhood has sharpened her edge. She calls herself a “ruthless” creative, someone who doesn’t just consume culture but is determined to create it. And through it all, her north star remains the same: raising kind, grounded people in this world — even if it means making tough choices to show up for them first.
She’s a bold voice in global theatre, a risk-taker, and a visionary.
Let’s welcome the incredible Anna Robb.
